All of our art and jewelry is designed and hand made in our studio in Philadelphia PA US. Standard products will take 2-7 days to complete plus shipping time. Custom products take 2-3 weeks to complete plus shipping time. If you need to receive the product by a specific date please state this in the 'special instructions' area when checking out, and we will do our best to make it happen. If you need to receive an order before the listed timelines above please contact us directly at info@staceyleewebber.com to see if we can accomodate your request. Generally there is an additional $50 rush fee applied plus possibly an upgrade in shipping costs.
At this time, Stacey Lee Webber Store ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Stacey Lee Webber Store ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and other international location upon request. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Return Policy
If for any reason you aren't satisfied, you may return standard items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Custom pieces, including custom years, or special orders are non refundable. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
Our store is hosted on SquareSpace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through SquareSpace’s data storage, databases and the general SquareSpace application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then SquareSpace stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
